Job summary

ENERCON's Nuclear Services group seeks a Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team. You will develop nuclear and mechanical safety analysis work products supporting licensing, design, and operability of nuclear facilities.

The role collaborates across radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical, and meteorological teams across multiple office locations. You will guide engineers, mentor staff, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients while ensuring quality and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nuclear, mechanical, chemical engineering or related field.
Professional engineering license or commitment to obtain one.
Minimum 6 years engineering experience in nuclear environments.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
Ability to obtain unescorted nuclear site access.
Experience with radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological assessments and related codes.

Responsibilities

Lead teams to deliver safety analysis work products for licensing, design and operability.
Interface with clients and manage project quality and deadlines.
Mentor engineers across disciplines and delegate project roles.
Develop proposals/estimates and support business development.
