Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team that develops nuclear and mechanical safety analyses for licensing, design, and operability of nuclear facilities.

You will mentor engineers in radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical, and meteorological evaluations and provide technical leadership across projects. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop proposals, estimates, and solutions while advancing ENERCON’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in nuclear, mechanical, chemical engineering or related field.
• PE license or commitment to obtain license required.
• Advanced degree preferred for seniority.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to meet project goals and maintain ENERCON excellence standards.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on projects.
• Coordinate internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles.
