Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering nuclear and mechanical safety analyses for licensing, design, and operability of nuclear facilities.

This role supports radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological assessments. You’ll mentor engineers, guide project planning, and interface with clients to ensure quality and on-time delivery while advancing ENERCON's Defining Excellence fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or similar.
• PE license or commitment to obtain one.
• Minimum 6 years engineering experience, including nuclear industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Lead internal engineering disciplines and delegate roles.
• Support, mentor a team of engineers in radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations.
• Develop technical proposals/estimates and support business development, including client meetings.
