ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering nuclear and mechanical safety analyses that support licensing, design, and operability of nuclear facilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in nuclear, mechanical, chemical engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering license or commitment to obtain one.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience in the nuclear industry.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Experience with radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological assessments.
• Familiarity with industry codes (e.g., Gothic, RELAP5, MAAP, RADTRAD, ARCON, PAVAN, HABIT, MCNP, SCALE).
• Knowledge of nuclear facility safety programs and design basis documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on projects.
• Lead internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles.
• Support, mentor a team of engineers performing radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations.
• Develop technical engineering proposals/estimates and support business development including client meetings.
