Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering nuclear and mechanical safety analysis work products. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer license or commitment to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 6 years engineering experience, including nuclear.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/people management.
• Experience with nuclear safety analyses and relevant industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to keep complex projects on track and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Interface with clients to meet quality and deadlines on projects.
• Lead internal disciplines and delegate project roles.
• Mentor engineers in radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations.
• Develop technical proposals/estimates and support business development.
