Enercon Services, Inc. invites applications for a Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering nuclear and mechanical safety analyses in support of licensing, design, and operability of nuclear facilities.

The role focuses on radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations, client engagement, proposal development, and mentoring engineers to meet deadlines, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or similar from an accredited university. Advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering License or commitment to obtain license.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience including nuclear industry.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership of employees.
• Ability to gain/maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Experience with radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological assessments and related industry codes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams to meet project goals and maintain ENERCON excellence standards.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on projects.
• Lead and delegate roles across internal disciplines.
• Mentor engineers in radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations and problem-solving.
• Develop technical engineering proposals/estimates and support business development.
