Enercon Services, Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking a Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering nuclear and mechanical safety analysis for licensing, design, and operability of nuclear facilities.

You will mentor engineers across radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations, develop technical proposals, and interface with clients to ensure quality, timely work, and strong safety outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical Eng or related field.
• Professional Engineering License or commitment to obtain one.
• Minimum 6 years engineering experience including nuclear.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to gain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Experience radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams to achieve project goals aligned with ENERCON’s excellence standards.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on projects.
• Lead internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles.
• Support, develop, and mentor engineers in radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological evaluations.
• Develop technical proposals/estimates and support business development efforts.
