Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a candidate to train and become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO). The role focuses on supervising licensed reactor operators in the control room and supporting outage activities.

Training includes NRC-credentialed licensing pathways and progressive supervision responsibilities. Successful candidates will have an SRO pathway, relevant nuclear operations experience, and the ability to manage safety-critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong technical aptitude.
• Engineering degree or equivalent and licensure preferred.
• Relevant nuclear operations and supervisory experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) and achieve an SRO license.
• Supervise licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room.
• Provide coverage for outages and support emergency response as needed.
• Coordinate with management and the training program to ensure compliance.
