Job summary

Construction Material Testing in the United States seeks a Lead Auditor to own the audit program under our nuclear QA framework (ASME NQA-1). You will plan the annual schedule, lead internal and supplier audits with a team, write audit reports, and verify corrective actions to closure.

You must be qualified as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or be qualifying within 90 days, with 5+ years in nuclear QA, and experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing experience.
• Strong ability to write clear audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program and internal/supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end: notification, checklist, entrance/exit meetings, evidence collection, findings, and reporting.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services; maintain qualification records.
