Construction Material Testing in the United States is seeking a Lead Auditor to own and drive the nuclear QA audit program, aligned with ASME NQA-1 standards. You will plan the annual schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, and supervise a team of auditors and specialists.

Qualifications include NQA-1 Lead Auditor status or readiness within 90 days, 5+ years in nuclear QA, and strong experience with 10 CFR audits. Travel and strong report-writing skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or qualifiable within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance.
• Experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• ASQ CQA certification is a plus.
• Hands-on in construction materials testing or related fields.

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program: internal audits and supplier audits per the approved list.
• Lead end-to-end audits — notification, checklist, entrance/exit meetings, evidence, findings, reports; supervise auditors.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services; recommend supplier-list changes.
• Perform surveillances and classify findings; issue corrective-action requests and verify closure.
• Maintain qualification records for lead-auditor and auditors; support independent program audits.
