Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or qualifiable within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with audits to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Experience with construction materials testing or related services preferred.
• Ability to write audit reports that NRC inspectors can follow independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program and lead end-to-end audits.
• Supervise auditors and specialists; conduct supplier evaluations and surveillance.
• Classify findings, issue corrective-action requests, and verify closure with evidence.
• Maintain lead-auditor and auditor qualification records and support multiple audit programs.
