Qualifications

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or eligible within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing experience.
• Experience auditing 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1 preferred.
• Ability to write audit reports that NRC inspectors can follow.
• Ability to present findings clearly to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead internal audits and supplier audits of the nuclear QA program.
• Manage the audit schedule and supervise auditors and specialists.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services.
• Maintain qualification records and support audits of our program.
• Identify and verify corrective actions and ensure closure.
