Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to contribute to design and modernization of electrical systems for nuclear plants, SMRs, and life-extension projects. This internship in the Nuclear Power Group offers hands-on learning under senior engineers and engineers in training toward PE licensure.

You will assist with calculations, modeling in ETAP, and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams while gaining exposure to project schedules, client interfaces, and professional

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing engineering calculations and design tasks for large nuclear plants.
• Utilize ETAP to perform power systems analysis and modeling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with client stakeholders.
