Job summary

ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group seeks a Nuclear Physical Security Design Manager to lead engineering efforts and deliver innovative security solutions. You will forge strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, guiding projects to exceed customer expectations while addressing regulatory requirements.

Role requires 6+ years in design engineering with 2+ years in leadership; PE license preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or I&C Engineering preferred.
PE license required.
6+ years of design engineering/technician experience; 2+ years of leadership.
Experience with CAS/SAS, IDS, VMS, BRE, VBS and radio subsystems in physical security for nuclear plants.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Visio, Access and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel to client sites up to 30%.
Knowledge of NRC/NEI Physical Security principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with engineering teams and clients to deliver innovative physical security designs.
Provide direct engineering support and leadership to project staff to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Facilitate resolution of inter-disciplinary technical and quality issues and propose improvements.
Plan and direct timely execution of engineering activities with project management updates.
