Job summary

ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Nuclear Physical Security Design Manager to lead engineering efforts and deliver innovative security solutions for commercial nuclear power plants. The role involves strong client interaction, guiding project teams, and ensuring designs meet all regulatory and contract requirements.

Travel to client sites is expected up to 30%. PE required, 6+ years design experience with leadership, and familiarity with AIM/NSMART/AVERT platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or I&C Engineering preferred.
• PE required for this position.
• Minimum 6 years of design engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with AIM, NSMART, or AVERT security platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of NRC/NEI Physical Security principles, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver physical security designs for nuclear plants.
• Interface with clients and internal staff to ensure requirements are met.
• Research improvements and provide updates to senior management.
• Plan and direct timely execution of engineering activities.
