Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Physical Security Design Manager to lead engineering efforts in the Nuclear Services Group.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams and clients while driving innovative physical security solutions for commercial nuclear plants. Responsibilities include leading technical discussions, ensuring designs meet requirements, guiding staff, and directing timely engineering activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or I&C Engineering preferred.
PE license required for this position.
6+ years of design engineering/technician experience; 2+ years leadership.
Experience with AIM, NSMART, or AVERT security platforms highly preferred.
Experience with design, installation and testing of physical security systems for nuclear plants.
Knowledge of NRC/NEI Physical Security standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead relationships with internal teams and external clients in Physical Security.
Provide engineering leadership and review deliverables.
Plan and direct timely execution of engineering activities.
Research improvements and propose innovations; report updates to senior management.
