Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Physical Security Design Manager to lead engineering efforts and drive innovative solutions in the cutting-edge field of Physical Security.

You will forge strong relationships with clients and internal teams, guide projects to success, and ensure design excellence across CAS/SAS, IDS, VMS, BRE, VBS, and radio subsystems. The role requires leadership experience, a PE license, and a background in electrical or I&C engineering for nuclear facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or I&C Engineering is required
• PE licensure is required for this position
• Minimum 6 years of relevant design engineering/tech experience with 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience with AIM, NSMART, or AVERT security platforms is highly preferred
• Experience in design, installation, and testing of physical security systems for nuclear plants (CAS/SAS, IDS, VMS, BRE, VBS, radios)
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio, Access and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to travel ~30%
• Knowledge of NRC/NEI Physical Security standards and guidelines

• Provide engineering leadership and review deliverables; guide project progress
• Facilitate resolution of technical and quality issues
• Plan and direct timely execution of engineering activities and report progress to management
