Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking an Operations supervisor to lead an operations support staff and ensure work within technical specs. You will coordinate planning, clearance, and tagging for outages and online maintenance, while aligning FIN activities with site needs.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, relevant reactor operations licenses or equivalents, and a track record in managing complex maintenance and outage programs at a nuclear facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 6 years (if applicable).
• Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an operations support staff consisting of the work execution supervisors and clearance and tagging group.
• Provide oversight of FIN supervisor and FIN group to align with operational needs.
• Periodically assess the effectiveness of plant Operations.
• Provide oversight and support of the Operations Outage SRO Planner as required.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management, including emergency response and outage support.
