Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Perry, Ohio is seeking a Department Performance Improvement Coordinator to monitor and improve plant performance. You will analyze data streams, drive action plans, and provide technical input on nuclear operations to support INPO submissions.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience or 10+ years in nuclear power.
• Subject Matter Expert with analytical and technology skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management capabilities.
• Technical understanding of nuclear operations plant processes, programs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify early indicators of performance decline within the department.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key data streams to identify gaps and trends.
• Coordinate data requests and action plans with INPO and industry peers.
• Prepare causal analyses and roll-up trend analyses to drive improvements.
• Support INPO data submissions and communicate events affecting key indicators.
