Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Perry, Ohio seeks a Performance Improvement Coordinator to monitor and analyze departmental performance. You will develop data-driven insights, coordinate with INPO and industry peers, and deliver causal analyses to drive operational improvements.

The role requires nuclear operations knowledge, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. This is a full-time on-site position based in Perry, OH, supporting leadership with proactive performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of nuclear experience, or 10+ years of equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical and technology skills with ability to analyze data and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication and time management abilities.
Knowledge of nuclear plant systems, operations, and CAP/OE programs.

Responsibilities

Monitor and identify early indicators of performance decline within the department.
Develop and analyze data streams to identify gaps and trends for improvement.
Coordinate data requests and action plans with INPO and industry peers.
Deliver causal analysis products including HPIs and Root Cause Evaluations.
Prepare roll-up trend analyses to drive improvement opportunities.
