Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nuclear engineering or related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years of nuclear power experience, or 10+ years of equivalent work
• Subject Matter Expert with analytical and technology skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management
• Technical understanding of nuclear operations plant processes, programs, and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of OE and HU Programs, PI Tools and analysis techniques
• Ability to work cross-functionally with industry organizations
• Knowledge of nuclear power plant systems and processes in operations and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage operational reports across multiple software platforms.
• Analyze key data streams to identify performance gaps and trends.
• Coordinate data requests with INPO, ORC, NEIL, NSRB, Fleet, and peers.
• Develop causal analysis products (HPIs, OEIs, RCAs).
• Prepare roll-up trend analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in data analysis and evaluation of system performance.
