Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides care for patients undergoing Nuclear Medicine procedures, utilizing radioactive isotopes for diagnostics and therapeutics in accordance with ALARA standards. Operates equipment to measure radiation, produce images, and relay data to physicians. Ensures safe handling of radioactive materials, especially radiopharmaceuticals administered orally or intravenously as prescribed by a licensed physician.
