Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s in Nuclear Medicine Technology, VA licensure with NMTCB/ARRT(N) certification, and BLS. Experience in outpatient settings is preferred; full-time position with professional

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Virginia license and state certification to practice nuclear medicine.
• Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMTCB or ARRT(N)).
• BLS certification.
• Experience operating nuclear imaging equipment, including PET and SPECT, and performing radiopharmaceutical preparation and administration.
• Experience with radiation safety practices and use of radiation detection instruments.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
• Operate radiation detection and imaging equipment, including PET systems.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and document imaging and dosing procedures.
