Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Morristown, NJ is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a permanent role. The ideal candidate will follow physician imaging protocols, prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, and perform PET/CT and NM studies while maintaining quality control and patient records.

The role may involve mobile unit assignments and requires NJ licensure, ARRT(N)/CNMT certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification.
• ARRT(N) or CNMT or equivalent national certification per NJ regulations.
• NJ state licensure or certification required for NM practice in NJ.
• Experience performing PET/CT and NM procedures preferred.
• Experience with radiopharmaceutical preparation and administration.
• Experience with radiation safety, dose optimization and QC procedures.
• Venipuncture and contrast administration experience when applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of NM/PET/related imaging experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a two-technologist mobile unit environment.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician imaging protocols accurately.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
• Perform PET/CT and general NM studies as applicable.
• Conduct quality control on imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and radiation safety compliance.
• Coordinate with mobile/coach unit assignments and two-technologist staffing model.
