Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Medicine / PET Technologist to perform high-quality NM/PET imaging and to administer radiopharmaceuticals under radiologist supervision.

You will guide patients through the exam process, ensuring safety and comfort while maintaining patient privacy and courtesy in a busy clinical setting. The role requires ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification, a State Nuclear Medicine License, venipuncture and BLS certification, and prior diagnostic imaging experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification.
• State Nuclear Medicine License is required.
• Venipuncture certification/permit is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality nuclear medicine and/or PET/CT images on patients with excellent care.
• Follow established nuclear medicine protocols and procedures.
• Under radiologist direction, administer radiopharmaceuticals to detect or treat diseases.
• Guide patients through the exam process and address questions and concerns.
• Monitor patient wellbeing during exams and respond to issues.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications according to policy.
