Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a PET/CT Technologist for a permanent, full-time role in Reston, VA. The position involves operating PET/CT equipment to produce diagnostic images and measure radioactive isotopes for physician use.

Work week is 40 hours, Monday–Friday, with four 10-hour shifts and no weekends. Required accreditation in Nuclear Medicine Technology completion; NMTCB/ARRT certification preferred; BLS certification; 2 years PET/NM experience preferred (new grads considered

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• NMTCB/ARRT certification or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification required or preferred.
• Two years of PET/Nuclear Medicine experience preferred; new graduates welcome if proficient within 6 months.
• Virginia state license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate PET/CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Measure concentrations of radioactive isotopes as part of imaging procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols for handling radioactive materials and patient radiation exposure.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate image interpretation and patient care.
