Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a PRN role. You will perform exams, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality imaging using state‑of‑the‑art NM equipment.

The position offers shift-based hours with access to Wellstar's career advancement programs and up to 40 hours per week as needed. Required are an Associates in Radiologic Technology, ARRT Nuclear Technology or equivalent certification, and BLS certification.

Formación

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT Nuclear Technology certification preferred.
• Certification as Nuclear Medicine Tech or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support certification required or instructor-level.

Responsabilidades

• Adjust technique to optimize image quality and diagnostic value.
• Verify orders, obtain clinical history, and ensure patient identity using two identifiers.
• Prepare, position, and monitor patients; apply sterile technique as required.
• Operate NM equipment and maintain equipment; report malfunctions promptly.
