Job summary

Medical City Heart and Spine Hospitals is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Tech to join our team. You will work under a Nuclear Medicine Physician, performing radiographic procedures and administering radiopharmaceuticals to support diagnosis.

The role requires ARRT NM or NMTCB certification, a Texas license, and current BLS; ACLS within 6 months is expected. This is a full-time, day-shift position at our Frisco, TX location with patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA accredited Nuclear Medicine program preferred.
• MTR Texas license required.
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification is required.
• NMTCB PET certification preferred.
• Current BLS provider required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance of Nuclear Medicine Physician, perform radiographic procedures.
• Apply isotopes for radiographic diagnosis with independence and initiative.
• Perform tests for in-patients and out-patients.
• Utilize Nuclear Medicine cameras and varied equipment.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals as outlined in practice.
• Demonstrate radiation safety and comply with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MTR Texas license

NMTCB PET certification

BLS provider
