Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technician to join our Heart & Spine Hospitals team. You will work under a Nuclear Medicine Physician performing PET/CT and radiographic procedures, with emphasis on patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA accredited school of Nuclear Medicine.
• MTR license in Texas.
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification.
• NMTCB PET certification preferred.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, perform Nuclear Medicine/PET procedures and radiographic duties.
• Administer pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals; ensure radiation safety; perform tests for inpatients and outpatients.

ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification

BLS certification
