Job summary

Methodist Hospital, part of the HCA Healthcare family, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PRN) to join the Radiology department. The role requires a Nuclear Medicine training program graduate and at least 2 years of hospital-based experience.

You will supervise assigned personnel, lead team meetings, and ensure smooth operation of sections while maintaining safety and equipment uptime. The position emphasizes strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine training program.
• 2 years experience as nuclear medicine technologist in a hospital setting.
• Completion of initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel and plans/operates sections to ensure productivity.
• Leads meetings, fosters open ideas, and builds an effective work team.
• Maintains inventory and equipment service records, coordinates maintenance with vendors.
• Assesses work impact in a broad context and communicates decisions to other managers.
• Gathers data, identifies issues, and evaluates alternatives before acting.
• Uses resources efficiently to meet department productivity standards.
