The role requires ARRT/NMTCB or NMTCB certification and Texas radiologic technologist credentials, with hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities include leading the team, coordinating maintenance, data analysis, and hospital-wide collaboration to optimize patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine training program.
• 2 years experience as nuclear medicine technologist in a hospital setting.
• Follows service line, facility and department training requirements.
• License/certifications: ARRT (R) or ARRT (N) or ARRT (T) or NMTCB, and Texas Radiologic Technologist certification.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel and plans the section's operations.
• Leads meetings and fosters open discussion to move processes forward.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates maintenance with vendors.
• Analyzes data to identify issues and informs decisions.
• Uses resources to maintain productivity as directed by leadership.
• Completes additional duties as assigned.
