Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine training program.
• 2 years experience as nuclear medicine technologist in a hospital setting.
• Must hold ARRT (R) or ARRT (N) or ARRT (T) or NMTCB, and Texas DOH Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel within the section and ensures effective planning and operation.
• Leads formal and informal meetings to maximize group success and foster open ideas.
• Maintains inventory and equipment service records; coordinates vendor maintenance for uptime.
• Assesses impact of decisions on other parts of the organization and communicates with other managers.
• Gathers and analyzes data to define problems and evaluate alternatives.
• Uses resources efficiently to meet productivity standards set by administration.
