Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel and plans/operates the section(s) effectively.
• Leads formal and informal meetings to maximize group success and collaboration.
• Maintains inventory and equipment service records; coordinates maintenance with vendors.
• Assesses work context and communicates decisions impacting other sections.
• Gathers data, analyzes issues, and makes informed decisions.
