Responsabilités

• Supervises assigned personnel and plans/operates sections.
• Leads formal and informal meetings to maximize group success.
• Maintains inventory and equipment service records; coordinates maintenance with vendors.
• Assesses impact of decisions on other parts of the organization; communicates with managers.
• Gathers and analyzes data to identify issues and options; makes decisions based on facts.
• Uses resources to meet productivity standards set with department leadership.
• May access radiopharmaceuticals and non-controlled meds as appropriate to procedures.
• Supports Methodist Healthcare System goals and demonstrates customer service.
