Construction Material Testing is seeking a Lead Auditor to own and manage the audit program under our nuclear QA framework aligned with ASME NQA-1. You plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, write reports, and verify corrective actions to closure.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in nuclear QA, current NQA-1 Lead Auditor status or be within 90 days of qualification, and strong report-writing and communication skills for NRC-level considerations.

Competenze

• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or qualifiable within 90 days.
• Writes audit reports and presents findings to stakeholders.

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program; lead internal audits and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end — notification, checklist, entrance meeting, objective evidence, findings, exit meeting, report.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services; maintain qualification records and support audits.
• Classify findings, issue corrective-action requests, verify effectiveness, and close them with objective evidence.
• Write audit reports that an NRC inspector could follow without a conversation.
