Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Lead Auditor to own the audit program under our nuclear quality assurance framework aligned with ASME NQA-1. You will plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits with a team of auditors and specialists, write reports, and verify corrective actions to closure.

The role requires current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or eligibility within 90 days, with 5+ years in nuclear QA and hands-on experience with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B

Qualifications

• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance.
• Experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21.
• NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification or eligible within 90 days.
• Writes audit reports and communicates findings clearly.
• Ability to supervise audit teams and coordinate with specialists.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead internal audits and supplier audits end-to-end.
• Review and verify corrective actions to closure with objective evidence.
• Maintain qualification records for lead auditors and auditors.
• Support NRC-style audits and ensure independence from audited work.
