Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Nuclear Hardness Survivability Systems Engineer (Level 2/3) in Roy, UT to support Sentinel Program. You will define environments, simulate radiation transport, analyze circuit resilience, and perform NH&S testing on semiconductors and GBSD systems.

The role requires a STEM degree with experience or advanced degree, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and SAP access. Travel is limited with potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline and 2 years of experience, or 0 years with a Master’s degree.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP access within a reasonable time.

• Radiation transport modeling and simulation.
• Radiation effects circuit analysis.
• Ground shock and thermal effects analysis.
