Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP clearance.
• Bachelor's in STEM with 8+ years related experience or Master's with 6+ years is required.
• Experience as a US government contractor is preferred and strong leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead NH&S design support for C&L BU, directing a 10–15 engineer team to meet schedule and budget.
• Coordinate NH&S analyses for facility, infrastructure, and command/control systems.
• Review test plans, reports, and design analysis for hardening components against hostile environments.
• Report status to program managers and government customer; drive standard practices and continuous improvement.
