You will develop scope, plans, and estimates for maintenance projects, create work packages, and ensure adherence to codes and standards. Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
• SRO license with 5 years related experience
• OSHA and environmental regulations knowledge for safe work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work

Responsibilities

• Prepares work instructions for Maintenance Department for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Develops short- and long-term maintenance schedules with involved departments.
• Conducts field walkdowns to identify corrective and preventive maintenance needs.
• Defines procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials for planned work packages.
• Ensures work instructions comply with company procedures and standards.
• Performs other duties including emergency response and outage support as needed.
