Job summary

Constellation is seeking an Outage Planning and Services supervisor to oversee maintenance activities and coordinate scheduling for safe outages at nuclear and clean energy centers. You will lead craft personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement with operations and external partners.

Requires a engineering degree or technical discipline and Senior Reactor Operator license with relevant experience; willingness to travel 10-50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• Associates/non-technical 4-year degree with 7 years of industry experience or 5 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of industry experience or 7 years in Constellation Reactor Services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers.
• Coordinate work control, scheduling, and meetings for outage activities.
• Communicate plant and personnel issues to OP&S and station management; foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management for assigned employees.
• Support OP&S processes such as training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and CAP; drive improvement opportunities.
• Travel 10-50% of the time to other Constellation Clean Energy Centers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) or technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, construction, computer science, mathematics, or physics)
