with relevant experience and knowledge of industrial controls or hydraulics; field maintenance support and strong troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with industrial controls (relay control, PLC), motor drives or hydraulics.
• Willingness to support maintenance and operations in field environment.
• Strong troubleshooting aptitude and print reading experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without SIMCO sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical operability of mine hoists transporting TRU waste and personnel.
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain equipment reliability, safety and operability.
• Set goals and schedules and meet schedule commitments.
• Maintain two-way communication with management on issues and resolutions.
• Apply problem-solving and change-management to continuous improvement.
