Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the comprehensive lifecycle delivery of the HPC project. You will report to the Service Manager and help coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and handover activities to meet the contract schedule.

You will work with the Project Manager, Utilities Delivery Leads, and teams to ensure safety, quality, time, and cost targets. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist and work under supervision on tasks to support Project Manager’s delivery of HPC scope.
• Interface with key teams within NNB to support project delivery.
• Support management systems for planning and document control processes.
• Assist in compliance with approved procedures.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders for HPC project.
• Under supervision, project manage delivery of documents for ONR L4 meetings and overall planning schedules.
• Maintain a full, auditable archive of project decisions.
