ENERCON is seeking a seasoned electrical engineering leader to guide our nuclear design team and oversee projects across multiple sites including Fort Worth, TX. This role emphasizes strategic direction, technical excellence, and client engagement.

You will mentor engineers, approve designs, manage budgets and schedules, and help grow the unit while ensuring quality and compliance. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• 6+ years of design engineering in power generation or nuclear power, with 2+ years as a lead or supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the unit, balance priorities, ensure quality and deadlines.
• Approve designs and mentor engineers; build client relationships.
• Direct/assign work; approve timesheets and expenses; annual appraisals.
• Support recruitment and staff development; promote professional growth.
• Coordinate with PMs to meet budgets and schedules; develop proposals.
