Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering License is required.
• 6+ years of design engineering experience in power generation or nuclear power, with at least 2 years as a lead/supervisor.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; travel may vary by project and team needs.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant.

Responsibilities

• Unit Leadership & Management: direct work and approve timesheets; conduct annual performance appraisals; assist in recruiting.
• Quality Control & Technical Oversight: maintain unit quality; certify design documents; provide technical leadership.
• Project Management & Client Relations: manage budgets/schedules; approve documents; lead proposals; build client relationships.
• Staff Development & Performance: provide coaching; promote professional development.
• Administrative Support: support staffing plans and company policies.
