Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• A Professional Engineering License is required.
• Experience leading electrical design teams in power generation or nuclear power preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, with variable duration per project.
• Proven ability to oversee technical work and make decisive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the unit, assign work, approve timesheets, and support staffing.
• Maintain unit quality and enforce standards; certify design documents per codes.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules; approve engineering documents.
• Develop client relationships and market the unit's capabilities.
• Provide coaching and professional development for staff.
