Job summary

MATRIX is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to turn qualified leads into lasting client partnerships and ensure exceptional service delivery across critical projects in the United States.

They will own the full client lifecycle within the nuclear sector, collaborate with our Home Office Team to deliver top talent to utilities, EPCs, and OEMs, and drive growth while ensuring value meets client expectations. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience in nuclear energy or related sectors.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into long-term, high-value clients through strategic engagement.
• Develop customized proposals and RFP responses aligned with client needs.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor client satisfaction and deployed employee performance.
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts across business lines/geographies.
• Oversee contract performance to ensure deliverables, milestones, budgets, and forecasted revenue targets are met.
• Negotiate renewals, extensions, and contract modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to meet staffing and service delivery goals.
• Ensure timely invoicing, documentation accuracy, and performance reporting.
• Provide accurate account reports, forecasts, and updates to leadership.
