KSA’s and or Competencies required to successfully perform the work: Possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills; be creative and a self‑starter, possess excellent organizational skills; and must be able to multi‑task and prioritize workload, and work well independently within a team‑oriented environment. Must have strong customer service skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Must be able to work well under stressful, intense conditions.
