The Office of Human Resources is hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner to manage a variety of human resource day-to-day operations, specifically in regard to Recruitment and Onboarding for the University faculty, students, and staff. This position is an immensely critical element in the performance of Human Resource initiatives. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the university. The Human Resources Business Partner maintains an effective level of business literacy about the unit level operations, their personnel needs, talent development and acquisition and organizational structures.
