Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable learning new systems and supporting technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of promotional design guidelines and ROI analyses.
• Monitor product mix relative to sales and profitability; provide insights.
• Assist in ongoing management of trade investment tools and models.
• Support development of US Promotional, Mix and Trade optimization tools and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and Global organization.
