Haleon is seeking a Manager Customer Strategy & Planning in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite weekly, leading 4P strategies and customer-focused activation to grow Haleon's brands in an omni-channel retail environment.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant commercial roles, strong data interpretation and robust financial management, including brand P&Ls, ROI and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and relevant commercial experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Customer Strategy, Trade Marketing or related sales role.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into category/brand strategies.
• Strong financial management skills including P&Ls, ROI and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into 4P strategies guiding sales priorities.
• Embed in commercial planning with promotions and assortment focus.
• Lead annual Customer planning and coordinate retailer activation.
• Drive brand priorities in discussions with stakeholders across functions.
• Support Customer Performance analysis and trade event insights.
• Align on business situations with Brand, Sales, Finance and Supply.
